| INTRODUCTION Congratulations and welcome to your “seven steps to success”. I really do hope this guide will help you to become as successful and as prosperous as you are in your dreams. But more than that, I hope this guide will help you achieve your goals so that you would be in a position to help others. Wealth, prosperity and success are sometimes used synonymously. Not all wealth speaks of success, but success usually manifests in wealth. It’s hard to be really successful at anything and not almost automatically be wealthy. So money (or the lack thereof) inevitably becomes a subject of importance. Some even believe that money is at the root of all evil. If that is your outlook, you’ll sabotage every effort you make to be really successful at anything, therefore mediocrity will surely come knocking. However it may be, no one deserves to be poor. No one has to be poor. Unfortunately the poor and other less fortunate people do not always have the necessary guidance and resources to get out of it. So I’m going to try to make this guide fun, easy, and inspirational, so that when you’re busy achieving greatness, you would want to pass your new insight, knowledge and experience to someone else who needs it. Again, I don’t believe anybody deserves to be poor. In the same way I also believe that most people can change their destiny by choice. You have a free will, which allows you to choose who or what you want to be. For now, you just have to know that you have more power than you think. So what is this guide about? Here is the breakdown: Step 1 is about your dreams, and how to shape them. In this segment, the concept “I can’t” does not exist. There are no restrictions and limitations here. Absolutely nothing can stand in your way to dream however extravagant, however excessive or however colorful. Don’t sell yourself short. The bigger the dream, the more room you give yourself. I’ll explain later. In Step 2 we’ll take a look at what drives successful people. What character traits do they have in common. We’ll look at attitude, belief systems, and values. There is a distinct difference in the way successful people view and experience life versus how “unsuccessful” people experience theirs. |
